What you'll do

• Provides professional nursing care for residents.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles and age-appropriate care.
• Assesses residents, administers medications and treatments.
• Provides technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Documents resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team.
• Counsels residents and families on treatment plans.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Experience

Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the life span or have a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN.
