Kids Club Coordinator

The Kids Club Coordinator role is onsite in Clive, IA, with compensation of $12.00–$14.00 per hour. The position supports Genesis Health Clubs’ Kids Club and its purpose of helping people take charge of their health. The coordinator oversees daily Kids Club operations, supports a positive experience for children and parents, and organizes staffing, training, and activities. The role helps the club maintain safe, appropriately staffed youth programming and a welcoming member experience.

What you'll do

• Assist and supervise children in the Kids Club
• provide customer service to parents and staff
• train and schedule Kids Club staff
• organize staffing and maintain appropriate ratios
• support monthly Parents’ Night Out events
• monitor daily reports and child check-ins
• maintain waivers and records
• manage supplies and zone procedures
• provide team feedback and coaching.

Why this role

Requires age 18 or older, a high school diploma or equivalent, maintained First Aid, BPT and CPR certifications for infants, children and adults, and at least one year of experience with child needs and development. Weekly mixed shifts include opening, evening and weekend shifts.
