What you'll do

• Manage cases involving family law, estate planning, guardianship, probate, and estate litigation
• draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, financial statements, and other legal documents
• take depositions and affidavits
• conduct and analyze legal research
• manage case timelines and priorities
• set and manage client expectations
• support other case types as needed.
