The Apprentice Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Technician is a field-based, onsite role serving Palm Beach Tan locations throughout the greater St. Louis area. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. The technician supports salon equipment and facility maintenance for Johnson Clarke, Inc., a Palm Beach Tan franchisee. The role builds on existing hands-on repair skills through specialized training while maintaining salon equipment and facilities. Timely work orders, safe repairs, and professional communication help keep salons operating while minimizing disruption to customers and staff.

What you'll do

• Travel to salon locations
• diagnose, maintain, and repair tanning and other salon equipment
• perform lamp changes and preventive maintenance
• complete minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs
• assist with equipment installation and relocation
• manage work orders and document work, parts, and follow-up needs
• follow safety procedures and communicate professionally.
