What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on molding tools
• replace or rework worn or damaged tool elements
• troubleshoot tooling issues during mold runs
• inspect incoming molds
• operate grinding and manual milling machines
• use measuring instruments and inspection equipment
• assemble tools and attend trials
• prepare machining sketches
• maintain quality documentation and 5S activities
• train junior operators in assembly and inspection techniques.
