Studio Manager — Retail and Piercing Operations

What you'll do

• Lead studio performance and sales plans
• analyze business reporting
• delegate and follow up on management responsibilities
• manage scheduling within labor allocations and audit payroll
• maintain operational, piercing-procedure, health, safety, and inventory standards
• partner with Piercing Leadership on technical standards and training
• welcome and educate customers
• monitor feedback and reviews
• build, coach, and develop the studio team
• support employee relations and change management.
