What you'll do

• Source active and passive candidates using varied search tools
• define searches with hiring managers
• conduct initial screenings and prepare candidate profiles
• represent the employer brand at local organizations and events
• promote career pathways
• lead job-listing marketing strategy
• communicate with candidates throughout the process
• maximize applicant tracking system use and recommend improvements
• maintain accurate pre- and post-offer records.
