The Steward (Dishwasher) role is onsite in Lake Placid, NY. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. The role supports HHM Hotels’ kitchen operations and guest satisfaction through dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and related stewarding work. The steward keeps dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas clean and orderly, stocks supplies, and removes trash. The role may also perform food preparation during staffing shortages or peak periods and follows safe-work practices and applicable MSDS and OSHA standards.

What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• operate dishwashing and kitchen-cleaning equipment
• store clean items
• maintain kitchen areas and utensils
• stock supplies
• sweep and wash floors
• sort and remove trash
• perform food preparation during staffing shortages or peak periods
• follow safety practices and MSDS and OSHA standards.
