What you'll do

• Oversee daily classroom operations
• assess children's developmental levels and support individualized learning
• develop and implement lesson plans
• engage parents through training, volunteering, communication, and home visits
• help families access community resources
• support meals and classroom cleaning
• train and monitor classroom staff and volunteers
• maintain health records and reports
• recruit children
• ensure compliance with Head Start, licensing, CACFP, health department, and NAEYC standards.
