Engineer II

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of building systems
• perform installation and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
• receive work assignments
• monitor contractors
• provide proper care to equipment
• follow inspection and service procedures
• complete tenant requests
• inspect areas of the site
• maintain logs
• provide technical support
• respond to after-hours emergencies.
