What you'll do
- Prepare and serve food according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
- keep equipment clean and in good working condition
- requisition and store products properly
- follow recipes and waste-control procedures
- monitor food holding and refrigeration temperatures
- complete scheduled cleaning
- maintain required compliance documents and training
- report personnel concerns to the program director.
