What you'll do
- Supervise swimmers, enforce pool rules, and respond to emergencies
- lead age-group practices focused on technique, endurance, and teamwork
- communicate with swimmers, parents, and coaches about progress, schedules, and goals
- coordinate training plans with the Head Coach
- attend coaches’ meetings, assist with special events, and support YMCA programming as needed.
