Life Enrichment Assistant

Job overview

The Life Enrichment Assistant works onsite in Wooster, OH, on two weekdays and every third weekend, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., for 15 hours per week. Pay is $17 per hour. The role supports residents at StoryPoint Wooster, a senior living community. The assistant helps plan and carry out activities that support residents’ social welfare and interests. By coordinating with the Life Enrichment Director and Lead, maintaining safe and welcoming activity spaces, and supporting outings, the role contributes to residents’ engagement and community life.

What you'll do

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills
• support the Director and Lead with administrative tasks
• maintain resident safety while completing tasks
• set up, clean, and maintain activity areas and community spaces
• support outings through attendance, related administrative coordination, and safety practices
• uphold employee handbook standards.
