This leader advises the business on legal, regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters, translating complex requirements into practical guidance. The role helps protect the company’s reputation and support responsible growth by embedding compliance and risk awareness across customer-facing and operational teams.

What you'll do

• Advise on consumer protection, telemarketing, privacy, utility regulation, public service commission rules, and home service contract laws
• support regulatory inquiries, enforcement matters, complaints, and investigations
• review marketing materials, call center scripts, disclosures, and customer communications
• partner with operations, customer experience, marketing, HR, technology, and product
• support litigation management, internal investigations, ethics and compliance training, and enterprise risk management.
