What you'll do

• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and craft activities
• determine construction methods, staffing, materials, equipment, and schedules
• coordinate work across crafts, departments, and contractors
• perform skilled construction tasks
• liaise with engineering, estimating, and project teams
• coordinate materials, inspections, and support
• monitor productivity and safety compliance
• document and implement corrective actions.
