The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon role is onsite in the La Crosse, WI area. The role coordinates with referring dentists, specialists, and clinical support staff to support comprehensive treatment and patient experience.

What you'll do

• Conduct consultations, evaluations, and pre-surgical workups
• perform dentoalveolar procedures, extractions, implants, bone grafting, and related procedures
• manage infections and oral pathologies
• administer local anesthesia, IV sedation, and nitrous oxide as permitted
• prescribe medications as needed
• manage perioperative and postoperative care
• maintain clinical documentation and comply with applicable clinical, privacy, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.

Sign-on bonus available. Requires a D.M.D. or D.D.S., accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency or integrated MD/OMFS pathway, Wisconsin licensure or eligibility, CPR, ACLS and PALS certification, DEA registration, and a Wisconsin anesthesia/sedation permit for scope of practice.
