What you'll do

• Assist with configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Core HR and Compensation modules
• support requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data validation, and documentation
• translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions
• support regression and user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness
• resolve tickets related to Core HR, Compensation, data, security, and reporting
• support Oracle releases, upgrades, and maintenance
• maintain process documentation and training materials
• analyze processes and recommend improvements
• contribute to Oracle HCM roadmap initiatives.
