What you'll do

• Work with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on company initiatives and strategic projects
• collaborate across departments to improve workflows, communication, documentation, and execution
• turn rough ideas and outlines into polished deliverables
• manage timelines, revisions, and follow-through
• create and maintain SOPs, training guides, manuals, and internal documentation
• use AI tools to draft, refine, summarize, and accelerate work
• analyze store metrics and business performance data
• assist with dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, executive summaries, presentations, and internal communications
• identify inefficiencies
• develop reusable templates and workflows.
