HVAC Service Supervisor

What you'll do

• Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• coordinate technician schedules, daily assignments, and service priorities
• support efficient operations and service delivery
• monitor technician performance, workmanship, and customer satisfaction
• ensure materials, parts, and equipment are available
• review departmental reports on inventory, tools, vehicles, and service metrics
• conduct job-site visits and inspections for quality and safety
• review payroll records
• ensure technicians have needed tools and resources
• support dispatch and technician assignments.
