The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Nurse Manager role is onsite in Clearfield, PA, with first-shift, full-time hours set in consultation with the supervisor. Compensation is not specified. The manager leads clinical disciplines and day-to-day clinic operations, coordinating care delivery, staff, and workflows. The role supports consistent, safe care by overseeing care planning and assessments, resolving operational issues, maintaining documentation and quality processes, and coaching clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical disciplines within the Center and direct daily clinic operations
• coordinate care planning, assessments, and services
• identify issues and provide timely solutions
• communicate with staff, leadership, and external partners
• support meetings, family conferences, and interdisciplinary discussions
• coordinate clinical activities and onboarding for new enrollees
• ensure accurate electronic medical records
• support audits, reporting, and Plans of Correction
• lead quality improvement
• train, coach, direct, and delegate to clinical staff
• provide RN coverage or on-call support when needed and within licensing requirements.
