What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• monitor on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance
• implement process capability and continuous quality improvement
• optimize manufacturing line design
• develop training and certification programs
• recruit, train, and develop team members
• collaborate with Materials, Engineering, Quality, and support functions to address customer issues, delivery risks, and material shortages
• may oversee site facilities and EHS compliance.
