What you'll do

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor by completing prioritized work orders, performing routine building and equipment maintenance, assisting with painting and repairs, and maintaining apartments, common areas, and grounds.
• Inspect facilities, operate and care for equipment, clean carpets and upholstery as directed, remove snow and ice, and promptly report hazards or maintenance concerns.
• The posting states that the Maintenance Supervisor has on-call duties at least one weekend per month.
