Production Baker

Job overview

The Production Baker role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with shifts primarily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and other listed shifts that may vary with seasonality and company needs. What you'll do

• Prepare and bake yeasted breads, bagels, and pastries
• mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish products according to recipes and quality standards
• complete daily prep independently
• monitor timing, measurements, and product appearance
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• label, date, and store food using FIFO practices
• keep work areas clean and organized
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• report low stock and equipment issues
• provide positive guest interactions.
