What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• answer incoming calls
• schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• provide appointment reminders and visit instructions
• coordinate scheduling with providers and care teams
• verify demographics, insurance, and registration data
• prepare patient records
• update electronic health records
• record payments when applicable
• provide front-office support across assigned clinics.
