Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role is onsite in Aurora, IL, with stated pay of $55–$65 per hour. The role partners closely with the commercial team, including sales, and supports financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making. The manager develops revenue forecasts and budgets, analyzes product margins and financial performance, consolidates and loads budget and reforecast data, and communicates findings to leadership. The role also partners with operations and finance stakeholders to investigate variances, address data issues, and inform commercial decisions.

What you'll do

• Support reporting and troubleshoot issues
• develop forecasts and budgets
• partner with sales on revenue, product, and margin analysis
• consolidate and load budget and reforecast assumptions into COGNOS
• analyze actual-versus-budget variances and KPIs
• communicate financial findings to management
• partner with finance and operations teams to resolve data integrity and cost variances
• provide data-driven recommendations.
