Junior Estimator – Custom Architectural Millwork

The Junior Estimator – Custom Architectural Millwork role is onsite in Kingston, PA, with hourly pay of $24–$30 based on experience. Working alongside experienced estimators and project teams, the junior estimator reviews bid documents, performs quantity takeoffs, helps develop cost estimates, and supports bid preparation. The role contributes to project pricing and cost-saving analysis while developing estimating skills through mentoring and on-the-job training.

What you'll do

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimates
• prepare material and labor pricing
• solicit and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing
• maintain bid files
• collaborate with engineering, purchasing, project management, and production
• assist with value engineering
• support multiple bids and deadlines.
