What you'll do

• Oversee multiple locations and manage teams
• conduct site visits, inspections, and client touchpoints
• resolve inspection deficiencies
• screen, hire, onboard, train, and manage staff
• monitor attendance and staffing schedules
• conduct weekly payroll
• report accidents and injuries
• address performance issues
• manage regional KPIs
• coordinate supplies, service requests, and account records. Provide on-call coverage for emergency situations and calls during evenings and weekends.
