What you'll do

• Draft standard contracts using approved templates
• coordinate amendments and non-standard contract review
• gather business-unit input on scope, services, pricing, and operational terms
• maintain contract summaries and records
• report on status, expirations, renewals, pricing, and compliance
• support certificate-of-insurance requests, cancellation processes, billing audits, and contract renewal initiatives
• escalate legal questions to Legal.
