What you'll do

• Maintain the service technicians’ call schedule and update active tickets every two hours. Answer calls about equipment failures, identify appropriate personnel and nearby dealership resources, and communicate action plans. Manage repair orders, including warranty, parts, service time, mileage, and billing details
• track repairs through completion and invoicing. Respond to customer questions and complaints and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
