The Inside Upholsterer — First Shift role is onsite in Lenoir, NC, at a furniture manufacturing facility. Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with possible overtime as needed. The role supports furniture production to specifications and quality standards. The upholsterer completes interior furniture upholstery work, preparing and securing fabric and other materials. The role contributes to production quality by inspecting finished furniture and meeting daily production expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Upholster interior furniture areas to specifications and quality standards
• measure, position, stretch, and secure fabric and other materials
• safely use staple guns, hand tools, and upholstery equipment
• inspect completed furniture for fit, appearance, and quality
• maintain accuracy while meeting daily production expectations.
