What you'll do

• Track and report event outcomes
• track facilities requests and job orders through completion
• enforce workplace policies
• plan and execute recurring community engagement events
• support alignment across company sites
• manage event budgets
• prepare monthly client reports and service statistics
• maintain stakeholder relationships and solicit feedback
• escalate issues
• assist with move logistics and space operations
• log supplier issues and coordinate timely resolution.
