What you'll do

• Support FTZ admissions, transfers, and withdrawals
• prepare and track customs and FTZ documentation
• coordinate with brokers, forwarders, warehouses, and carriers
• maintain shipment and inventory records
• reconcile data
• manage project schedules and delivery reporting
• resolve shipment discrepancies
• coordinate final-mile trucking and delivery appointments
• review logistics invoices and transportation costs.
