The Industrial Maintenance Technician II, 3rd Shift role is onsite in Londonderry, NH, with a stated base pay range of $26–$32 per hour. Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products for residential and low-rise non-residential buildings. The technician maintains and repairs production machinery to support equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity. The role diagnoses mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues and coordinates maintenance needs with production and other teams.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
• interpret schematics, drawings, manuals, and technical documents
• use diagnostic tools
• maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, and production systems
• assist with installations and upgrades
• respond to breakdowns and maintenance calls
• document repairs and parts
• maintain parts and tool inventory
• follow safety, OSHA, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements
• communicate with production, engineering, safety, and management
• assist with training and mentoring
• support continuous improvement.
