What you'll do

• Handle a litigation caseload under senior attorney supervision
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
• attend hearings, depositions, trials, and mediations
• prepare case analysis reports and resolution strategies
• negotiate settlements and agreements
• collaborate with colleagues.
