This hands-on leader drives revenue by coaching and developing in-home sales representatives while continuing to sell and close business. The role supports team performance through field training, sales support, accountability, and talent development.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the in-home sales team
• review appointments
• conduct at least five field training appointments weekly
• support representatives with in-home sales and closing
• monitor performance and implement strategies to meet goals
• handle cancel-save appointments
• support rehash and follow-up
• lead sales meetings and workshops
• recruit, develop, motivate, and retain sales talent.
