Field Service Technician Apprentice

The Field Service Technician Apprentice role is onsite in Twinsburg, OH, with service work at customer locations throughout an assigned territory. Compensation is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, with a monthly performance-based technician bonus of up to $4,800 per year. The role supports Toshiba America Business Solutions’ office technology customers. The position develops the apprentice’s service skills while helping keep printers, copiers, and other office technology operating. Working alongside experienced technicians, the apprentice assists with troubleshooting, maintenance, installations, upgrades, and service documentation.

What you'll do

• Shadow experienced field service technicians
• learn to maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office technology at customer locations
• assist with diagnosing equipment issues, installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits
• complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training
• perform preventive maintenance
• assist with inventory, tools, test equipment, and service documentation
• follow safety policies and procedures.
