What you'll do

• Attend hearings or prepare local appearance counsel with instructions
• report hearing results
• review and sign pleadings
• monitor ECFs and dockets and escalate actionable events
• ensure case systems are updated
• maintain compliant templates
• manage and escalate file risks
• provide legal analysis and guidance to staff and clients
• coordinate process improvements
• stay current on relevant case law and bankruptcy developments.
