What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide personalized service
• operate the POS system and handle cash
• communicate menu items, ingredients, and allergy information
• process and package orders, including delivery and catering orders
• maintain and stock the counter, pastry display, and retail products
• support baristas and front-of-house teammates
• complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.
