What you'll do

• Coordinate and prioritize daily assembly-line activities with the Area Supervisor
• train and mentor new hires and support cross-training
• promote Business Process Standards and process improvement
• ensure timely delivery of components and finished units
• interpret work instructions, drawings, and special handling sheets
• use tools and measuring devices to assemble appliances and perform functional tests
• inspect products, identify defects, manage non-conforming materials, and rework units as needed
• support safe material handling.
