Production Team Leader

• Coordinate product-line production, quality, and materials activities
• enter efficiency and downtime data
• ensure standard work and safety practices
• assign and direct team work
• coordinate cross-training and job rotation
• facilitate new-team-member training
• conduct shift start-up meetings and update PVD Boards
• monitor material levels and team performance
• assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs
• conduct quality audits and issue scrap reports
• record and report line performance.
