Memory Care Director

The Memory Care Director role is onsite in Stow, OH, with an annual salary of $55,000–$60,000. Eden Vista Stow is a free-standing memory care community within Vista Senior Living Management, which provides assisted living, memory care, and independent living services. The director leads resident care and dementia programming to support dignity, engagement, and quality of life for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The role also develops the care team, partners with families, and works with community leadership to maintain compliant, person-centered operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee individualized care plans
• monitor residents’ physical, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive well-being
• ensure compliance with state regulations and dementia care standards
• lead and evaluate memory care programming
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members
• conduct family care-plan meetings and serve as a contact for updates and education
• maintain documentation and collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team.
