What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, develop, and manage coaches
• set standards for coaching quality, safety, cleanliness, and execution
• manage the class schedule and monitor attendance
• contact low-utilization or at-risk members
• lead studio events and community activations
• coordinate social media content
• identify and recommend improvements to studio operations and performance.
