What you'll do

• Provide clinical guidance to intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring technologists
• perform the duties of an IOM technologist
• identify and contact surgeons and operating facilities
• build relationships with surgeons, office staff, and hospital administrators
• identify contract opportunities and work with the Market Leader to secure them
• ensure case coverage
• manage scheduling and documentation
• coordinate credentialing
• conduct local and weekly case audits
• train technicians on audit procedures
• monitor supplies and expiration dates
• coordinate payment follow-up with the internal accounts payable department.
