What you'll do

• Receive and process product orders
• review inbound documentation and reconcile receipts
• assemble and stage orders for presale and sales routes
• unload and store inbound products and assist with outbound shipments
• report overages, shortages, and damage
• follow food-handling procedures
• rotate cooler and freezer inventory
• document returns and disposal of outdated product
• monitor temperatures and inspect equipment
• report maintenance needs.
