Job overview

The ServiceNow SAM Developer role is onsite at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The target salary range is $100,000–$120,000 per year. TekSynap’s Strategic Operations Project Team is supporting the Air Force District of Washington and Department of the Air Force ITSM modernization. The developer builds and maintains ServiceNow software asset management capabilities, integrations, workflows, and reporting to replace legacy processes. The work supports secure, efficient, user-focused IT operations and mission readiness through platform engineering, automation, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll do

• Build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro, SaaS Management, and related HAM Pro integrations
• implement software entitlement models, license metrics, normalization, and reconciliation
• design asset lifecycle automations
• develop, test, document, and deploy platform solutions
• implement scripts and platform logic
• optimize data models and CMDB relationships
• execute data imports and integrations
• build dashboards and compliance reports
• prepare technical specifications and migrate updates
• support testing, upgrades, and defect resolution
• collaborate with IT Asset Managers, Procurement, and ITIL process owners
• author technical documentation and mentor team members.
