What you'll do

• Recruit, schedule, onboard, coach, train, and develop team members. Manage labor, expenses, budgets, and location results
• monitor sales and other measures and share action plans with leadership. Support guests, resolve concerns, maintain facility and escape-room readiness, coordinate repairs, and ensure policies, records, and administrative tasks are completed. Build local relationships and partner with Marketing and Sales on initiatives and bookings.
