Youth Program Leader

The Youth Program Leader role is onsite in Redwood City, CA, and is part-time, scheduled five days a week during the school year, Monday through Friday, for 24–29 hours per week. What you'll do

• Manage a classroom of approximately 10–20 students per staff member
• provide academic mentoring and homework assistance
• lead academic activities
• adapt lesson plans for enrichment classes and clubs
• conduct life-skills and team-building activities
• communicate with parents, school staff, and BGCP leadership
• participate in weekly check-ins, staff meetings, events, field trips, and professional development
• maintain a positive, safe, productive environment.
