Area Director

Job overview

What you'll do

• Develop and evaluate the annual ministry plan, budget, and development plan
• monitor objectives and outcomes
• oversee operations and financial stewardship
• lead fundraising and donor engagement
• cultivate partnerships with churches, businesses, and community organizations
• recruit and develop staff and volunteers
• represent the organization
• support local and international ministry programs
• provide spiritual leadership.
