Assistant Branch Manager — South Broadway

The Assistant Branch Manager works onsite at the South Broadway office in Saratoga Springs, NY. Pay is $22.50–$28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and education; additional compensation may be available through the annual bonus program. The role supports the South Broadway branch team of Arrow Financial Corporation’s family of companies. The position helps the branch meet service and sales goals through daily operational oversight, team coaching, customer support, and adherence to security and regulatory requirements. It also provides high-level teller-line support as needed and assumes branch management responsibilities when the Branch Manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily branch operations and support service and sales goals
• process transactions and follow cash-handling procedures
• answer customer service calls and banking questions
• help prevent and detect fraud and maintain regulatory compliance
• follow branch security and opening and closing procedures
• open and close customer accounts, take loan applications, handle debit card disputes and wire transfers, and order debit cards as appropriate
• coach and counsel team members
• partner on branch growth strategies and community presence
• prepare assigned monthly reports and operational records.
