Production Associate — Food Processing

Job overview

The Production Associate works onsite in Shelby, OH. Pay is $15 per hour, with overtime at time and a half. The role is part of Hanline Foods, a manufacturer of ready-to-use refried bean products for foodservice, retail, food manufacturing, and wholesale distribution customers. The associate supports daily food processing by operating cooking, drying, and packaging equipment and monitoring production stages, helping maintain consistent product processing and facility operations.

What you'll do

• Process products at different production stages
• operate cooking equipment and add ingredients according to the program
• operate and monitor drying and packaging equipment
• report damaged equipment
• clean the facility and equipment as needed. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., with Saturdays as needed
• the posting requires 40 hours per week and weekend availability when needed.
